We collect your full name, date of birth, email, phone number, address and ID type to verify your identity. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we also record your transaction ID, amount and timestamp. We log your device type, IP address and browser so we can detect unusual login activity.

Personal data like your name and contact details are kept for 7 years for legal and fraud-prevention purposes. Transaction records are retained for the same period. If you request account deletion in Settings > Account, we anonymize your data sooner, though we keep encrypted transaction hashes for compliance.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data and click 'Download My Data'. We'll email you a secure link within 5 business days. The file includes your account info, transaction history, cookies placed, and any support tickets you've opened with us.

No. We never sell your contact information or gameplay data to third parties. Payment processors like DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS see only what's required to process your transaction. We share data with support staff only to help you when you contact us.
